Senior Event Manager

Our amazing team of hospitalitarians at Saz’s Catering Lake Country is looking for a Senior Event Manager to help lead our squad at Western Lakes Golf Club in Pewaukee.

Western Lakes is one of the premier public golf courses in Southeastern Wisconsin. Saz’s Catering Lake Country provides award-winning food, hospitality, and catering services to events of all types including golf outings, weddings, corporate functions, charitable galas, community functions and more.

In this job you’ll:

· Act as event operational lead to ensure successful execution of all types of catering events

· Direct pre-event shift meetings prior to every event to inform team of event-specific details and their roles

· Provide direction, guidance and training to Banquet Captains, Catering Ambassadors, FOH and BOH team members

· Coordinate with Culinary leaders and team

· Lead team in event set up and tear down

Please have 3 years’ experience in a hospitality or catering supervisory/management role. Bring your high energy, creativity and organizational skills. We use Caterease and Nowsta software for planning and scheduling., in addition to Office and Google Suite.

This is a seasonal position; hours will be more during spring and summer and fewer during late fall-winter. Our Senior Event Manager will earn $25 / hour.
