Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the administration and processing of leave of absence cases
  • Oversees and manages all company leave of absence requests
  • Initiates, responds to, and maintains communication with employees regarding their need for leave and provides support throughout the LOA process
  • Incorporates an overall knowledge of federal and multi-state leave of absence laws
Qualifications
  • 2+ years' human resources and LOA experience
  • Knowledge and experience with administration of leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, military and other applicable federal and state leaves
  • High level of attention to detail, follow through, critical thinking, and problem
