Job Description
GlobeX Leisure and Travel is seeking an enthusiastic, high-energy Customer Service/Welcome Center Representative to join our team in Sevierville, TN.
Our Customer Service Agents play a pivotal role in assisting clients with travel plans to GlobeX destinations. They schedule and confirm travel dates, update client accounts, and promote local shows and attractions through ticket sales. Additionally, they encourage clients to align their travel with GlobeX Leisure and Travel's internal packages. With a focus on making and receiving customer calls, our Agents handle travel requests and ensure client qualification and confirmation.

Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
· High School diploma or GED preferred
· Two years of customer service preferred
· Intermediate technology proficiency, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite. Must have the ability to learn new applications
· Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the leadership team
Additional Requirements:
· Proficiency in call center technology, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, telephone systems, headsets, and computers, coupled with strong data entry skills, is highly desired
· Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
· Flexibility to work varied schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
· Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the leadership team
Physical Requirements:
· The position entails a range of physical activities, including walking, sitting, standing, handling objects or tools, typing, reaching with hands and arms, maintaining balance, stooping, as well as verbal communication and auditory perception
· Occasionally, lifting and/or moving objects up to twenty-five pounds may be required
· Keen visual acuity with specific abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the capability to adjust focus, necessary for effectively carrying out tasks and responsibilities within this role
Work Environment:
· The work environment is characterized by high noise levels
