Real Estate Sales Buyer'S Agent

You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. $75,000 - $200,000

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market

• Advise buyer/seller in handling additional offers to purchase/sell their home
• Negotiate on behalf of clients to get the best deal at the best price

Qualifications:

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Show a track record of real estate success
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends

• REAL ESTATE LICENSE PREFERRED
