Shop Technician/Janitorial
Full-Time
Monday - Friday
(To Start - On the Job Training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm)
After Training - flexible hours (8 hours-your choice) between 7:00am up to 10:00pm
$14.50 Per Hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operates heavy cleaning equipment.
- Coordinates cleaning inventory replacement.
- Coordinates repair and/or maintenance needs of cleaning equipment
- Sweeps, mops service repair/detail area floors, technicians' locker room and lunchroom, halls and shop bathroom.
- Cleans Technician stalls, and all shop general areas.
- Cleans all signs, posters, service signs, mirrors, fans and vending machines.
- Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside.
- Cleans oil storage tanks according to procedures.
- Drains and disposes of used oil filters properly.
- Removes automotive solvents and waste.
- Removes any old scrap parts from shop after checking with parts manager.
- Returns cores to storage area.
- Assists technicians with oil and water spills and with emptying drain tubs.
- Uses proper eye, hand and body protection when using products that require protection.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Note: All cleaning supplies, machinery/tools are provided by Employer.
