We have an immediate opening for a regular, full-time, Accounts Receivable Specialist. Our ideal applicant has at least 2 years of related work experience, believes in teamwork, has great attention to detail, and is proficient with all Microsoft Office applications, the ten key machine, and office management processes and administrative procedures. College coursework in Accounting or Finance will set you apart!
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for maintaining accounts receivables for homeowners (monthly dues, utilities and other billing), posting payments, making corrections, mailing statements, collections, and general ledger posting and reconciliation.
Pay is from $21.75/hr. based on skills and experience. This is a full-time (40 hrs/wk) position working onsite, primarily Monday-Friday during normal office hours. Occasional overtime may be required.
