WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Conducting comprehensive needs analysis and extracting the requirements of a client to determine the best solution
Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop materials that are relevant to the business and audience
Using data to measure the effectiveness of training materials and acting on any necessary changes
Writing outcomes for advanced-level courses
Developing e-learning, Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT), infographics, videos, training programs, and other materials to achieve the training needs of the IT organization
Completing a project through the entire ADDIE process
Establishing and maintaining productive relationships within the IT organization to gain valuable insights and knowledge
Creating blended courses for intermediate and advanced-level continuous training of IT team members
Supporting onboarding of new instructional designers at all levels
Conducting peer reviews of training materials
Providing recommendations for improvements of materials and processes to leadership
Adding value to our team by being a team player, working towards team goals and by your self-motivated pursuit of excellence and personal growth
Mentoring and helping the Instructional Designers on the team level-up their skills by sharing your experiences and knowledge of the industry
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Must Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, adult education, or a related field OR 5+ years professional experience as Instructional Designer or position in Learning & Development
Extensive knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Experience collaborating with team members and business leaders in a corporate setting
5+ year experience facilitating needs analyses
Experience developing and maintaining extensive training programs and/or certification programs
Exceptional ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to explain complex information in clear, concise terms
Results-oriented, with the ability to independently complete assignments on time and manage multiple priorities concurrently
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to adjust in a fast-changing environment
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and multimedia tools (Vyond, Camtasia, Snagit, Canva, Adobe Audition, Audacity, etc.)
Proven experience of Articulate Storyline360 and Rise360 to develop interactive computer-based training modules
Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) as an administrator

Nice To Have Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Instructional Design, adult education, or related field
Experience working in the IT industry to develop training
3+ years experience in project and/or vendor management
Knowledge of software development lifecycle
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator to create images and documents for training content
Basic programming background (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with Cornerstone LMS
