Certified Radiology Technologist - (RAD Tech)
StartDate: 4/29/2024
Available Shifts: 12 N
Pay Rate: $2359.00 - $2718.00
we will require candidates to hold CT, WA State X-Ray Tech and American Heart Association BLS card.
Experience/Training: Previous experience in a hospital is desirable. Must have good understanding of the equipment and all procedures performed routinely in a hospital imaging department. Continuing education is necessary. Able to perform x-ray, CT, and/or mammography procedures. Experience with Quality Control, MQSA Requirements, FDA Inspection and ACR Accreditation desirable. Knowledge and experience with implant patients, also desirable. Must have good understanding of quality control tests. Must have documentation of a minimum of 200 mammograms completed within a 24-month period if mammography is second modality for Tech II qualification.
Required Qualifications
Certifications Needed & Specific Requirements: WA State Radiology Tech License, ARRT Registration (CT required) and American Heart Association BLS Card
High School diploma or GED required. Successful completion of an accredited radiologic technologist training program
Licensed RT with the State of Washington. Maintains current American Heart Association BLS certification.
