These passionate qualified nurses will have a strong focus on assisting and supporting providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants) in provision of patient care. Qualified candidates must have at least 6 months of previous nursing home experience. MORE ABOUT THE RN REGISTERED NURSE - SKILLED NURSING FACILITY (SNF) POSITION:

1. Receive admission and / or transfers to the unit
2. Initial and on-going systematic patient assessment
3. Timely and accurate documentation
4. Interpret assessments / diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
5. Promote continuous quality improvement
6. Respond to life-saving situations, using nursing standards and protocols for treatment
7. Act as a patient advocate while providing education and support to patients and their families
8. Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image

CREDENTIALS REQUIRED:

1. Min 1 year of recent Registered Nurse RN experience in the LTC/SNF setting Required
2. Registered Nurse degree from an accredited institution and active WV RN license Required
3. Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical and TB/PPD Required
4. Verifiable work history and professional references Required
