Medical Receptionist

Currently seeking a Front Desk Medical Receptionist for a Physical Therapy practice in Virginia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sitting at the front desk when the patient walks in, checking them in and out. Patient registration, scheduling follow up appointments, check in, check out.
• General customer service to all patients for whatever they may need.
• Answering all phone calls as they come in, helping patients with whatever they may need.
• Documenting Doctor's notes on the patient files in the EMR system they use.
• Ability to multi task throughout the day
• Will be on the phones 33% of the time, on the computer 33% of the time, and helping patients 33% of the time.

Additional Information:

Hours: Monday through Thursday 10:30 to 7PM Friday 7AM to 3:30 PM
