Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager with a Public Trust Clearance in support of Kadiak and the USDA - Animal & Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS). This is a Remote opportunity.

Work Hours:
  • Services are to be provided between the hours of 0700-1700 local time.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Oversight of the quality performance of contract to ensure all aspects of contract performance, including any subcontractor performing work under the contract.
  • Maintain satisfactory standards of employee competence, conduct, appearance, and integrity.
  • Maintain an effective quality control program (QCP) to ensure services are performed in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Responsible for the implementation and management of operational quality assurance processes
  • Review and evaluate contract deliverables to ensure adherence to customer quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure program assessments consistently meet high standards of quality.
  • Manage quality control processes to identify and address potential issues.
  • Perform periodic audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide support and assistance to the Case Managers

Education and Related Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of Quality Assurance Management and a minimum of two (2) years of experience relevant to QA Management experience, or equivalent combination of experience/education
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of QA project management concepts/techniques with ability to define, plan and execute activities necessary to achieve objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to establish and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional people management skills with ability to lead/develop others to promote a team environment.
  • Ability to quickly analyze data/situations, draw relevant conclusions, and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to understand the step-by-step process required to develop and maintain quality service.
  • Ability to collaborate and drive consensus across a diverse group of customers with conflicting priorities.
