Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and executing a wide range of Southern-inspired dishes with precision and attention to detail.
  • Following recipes and maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operation
  • Practicing proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment.
  • Adhering to established cooking methods, portion sizes, and plating techniques to deliver consistent and exceptional dishes.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting fellow team members and promoting a culture of excellence.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant.
  • Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment.?
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.?
  • Ability to learn and follow processes.?
  • This position will spend 100% of the time standing and walking.
