Position Summary

The Facility Operations Coordinator will assist the Facility Operations department with overall office management and administrative support.

Reporting Relationships

The Facility Operations Coordinator will report to the Vice President of Facility Operations

Position Responsibilities
  • Manage purchase order system data entry for office vendors and service providers
  • Manger vendor/service provider relationships including but not limited to:
    • Ordering supplies
    • Scheduling
    • Maintaining Certificate of Insurance (COI) records
    • Manage rebate process
    • Payment/Invoice processing
  • Maintain filing system and record documentation
  • Document creation for Facility Operations staff
  • Order and manage inventory of office supplies
  • Maintain ordering and supply inventory of company kitchenettes
  • Assist in coordination of Departmental meetings
  • Assist with game-day operations, including but not limited to:
    • Performing stadium walk-through's pre/post event
    • Perform pre/post task checklists on large event days
    • Operation of game-day Facility Ops Command Post
    • Assist with radio communication system management, device inventory, and game-day deployment
    • Manage game-day uniform inventory
  • Provide administrative support for re-occurring tasks included but not limited to:
    • Facility related snow removal operations
    • Large events and summer concert
    • Annual budget creation and documentation
