Sorry, VISA / sponsorship not available Full Time Plant - Day Shift - Non-Union Must relocate to Tennessee Requirements: A four-year degree preferred A minimum of five years’ experience in scrap processing, melting, casting, rolling, maintenance, finishing Shipping / Warehousing operations experience a plus MUST HAVE ELECTRIC ARC FURNANCE EPXERIENCE OR LADLE MELT FURNANCE EXPERIENCE Responsibilities: Establish a highly productive - safety conscious team in a steel mill melt shop with a focus on safety, environmental production, cost and quality. You are responsible for training and performance valuations of employees working on rotating shifts Process improvement to include processes, products, and production Ensure standardization of processes, auditing performance, documenting findings and development of corrective action Lead Failure Analysis team toward problem resolution Suggest how to minimize downtime/breakdowns Facilitate Operator training Support and measure against GBS processes, audits, 5S initiatives, preventive maintenance, safety management Kaizen events Support daily routine management activities and day to day work Six figure salary plus bonus - 8-hour day shift - great benefits and company paid relocation.
