Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
Job Title: Full-Time School BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Location: Buffalo, WY
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with school staff to implement evidence-based behavior interventions.
- Provide training and support to teachers and paraprofessionals on behavior management techniques.
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student behavior data.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
