Internet Sales Coordinator:

Lennar is seeking an Internet Sales Coordinator who will set the tone for a customer's experience with Lennar. As you will be the first point of contact for customers inquiring about our homes and communities while they are searching for a home. You will be responsible for responding to our customers in a timely manner, building a relationship with them, learning about their wants and needs and ultimately helping them to find their one-of-a-kind home. You will also provide a warm hand-off to our New Home Consultants by providing them valuable insights on our Customers and so they can write the Purchase Agreement and manage the Escrow process, as well as being responsible for those Customers not ready to buy a home and put them a long-term follow-up plan, engaging with them throughout their research and shopping experience. The Internet Sales Coordinator will be an integral part of our Sales and Marketing team and provide key insights into our day-to-day strategies.



Responsibilities

  • Effectively capture, prioritize using lead scoring and convert Customers inquiring about Lennar's communities and plans into viable sales prospects by creating desire for Customers to visit a community and purchase a Lennar new home.
  • Create a positive experience for Lennar's Customers through the use of email, SMS, on-line live chat, phone and Division 1-800 numbers.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Create and maintain digital community reference materials for each active and coming soon community which will be used to help communicate the most up-to-date information on Lennar's products and communities.
  • Have a competent understanding of the Division's product and community offerings and incentives opportunities at all times and through conversations with the Division Sales Leadership and New Home Consultants.
  • Educate Customers on current/future community and product offerings, available financing options through Eagle Home Mortgage and home to sell opportunities through Opendoor.
  • Qualify prospective Customers based on desired location(s), timing for purchase, and availability of new homes as needed.
  • Partner with the on-site NHC to provide an extraordinary experience to our Customers throughout the sales process.
  • Create and effectively manage an Internet Customer database which includes interest lists and VIP interests lists.
  • Conduct outreach to Customer database for homes made available through cancellations and for aging inventory.
  • Use company provided tracking and reporting tools to manage the prospecting process.
  • Partner with the Division Marketing team to manage and distribute electronic marketing to prospective Customers who visit Lennar.com or other real estate listing and social media sites.
  • Regularly attend Division Sales Meetings, Phone Banks, Community Events, NHC and ISC Training Programs and complete Lennar Game Film Program every two weeks.
  • Regularly work in and around Lennar communities for Open Houses and Grand Openings as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute reports via Excel or other reporting tools as needed.
  • Available to work flexible and variable hours.


Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required, 2- or 4-year college degree preferred
  • Previous sales and/or telephone sales experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to self-manage activities and responsibilities of the role
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Effective writing skills
  • Must have extensive internet exposure and/or internet consumer experience
  • Advanced computer skills will be needed including CRM, Microsoft Office and WebEx capabilities
  • Committed to self-development of sales and internet skills
  • Accept constructive feedback
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
  • Homebuilding industry, Escrow and mortgage financing knowledge a plus
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
