My client is looking for a Human Resources People Partner who will help support the managers with a particular business or region. Must have Mac OS experience, you will be issued a Mac laptop. This role will be remote (temporary) in the central or eastern time zones lasting 12 months, possibly longer.

Our team consists of experienced, motivated, and self-sufficient high performers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work at a fast pace, and have strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Serve as first contact for people managers on matters related to leading teams, providing guidance and coaching, identifying appropriate resources and stakeholders to involve, and coordinating with other areas of HR as needed

      - Collaborate closely with Strategy Advisors and COEs, bringing information, resources and updates to the business and identifying areas where new programs may need to be designed
      - Serve as first point of contact for HR within their assigned business unit, and supports the planning, review and execution of HR strategies
      - Serve as a trusted advisor to people managers at all levels in matters related to talent development, organization performance, engagement, culture, and leadership
      - Provide insight into people data, guiding people managers through workforce planning and people strategies to help inform decisions and identify trends
      - Support talent review process, ensuring managers understand the steps and complete activities properly
      - Identify capability gaps in current workforce and sets strategies to help address future needs by collaborating with the COEs
      - Work closely with the People Service Center to support HR program execution
      - Identify recommendations for HR process enhancements and corporate initiatives for strategic planning and development
      - Coach managers and individual contributors on performance management issues and create/implement performance improvement plans
      - Proactively manage legal risk, ensuring manager and employee compliance with company policy and procedure
      - Escalates issues as appropriate to Manager or Senior Leader
      - Coach managers and individual contributors on behavioral management issues and create/implement disciplinary procedures
      - Ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all when working with and/or coaching Managing
Requirements
    - 3+ years of broad HR knowledge within a professional environment
    - 2+ years of HRBP experience is preferred
    - 2+ years of experience with direct client interaction is preferred

    Core qualifications:
    - Proven experience with conflict resolution and coaching people managers at all levels to drive success on teams
    - Proven experience working to improve programs and propose solutions to improve practices
    - Experience completing ad-hoc projects, reporting, and tasks as required with cross-functional HR /Partner teams
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills
    - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
    - Highest level of integrity and stellar judgment
