In this role, you will collaborate with customers, as well as our Sales and Order Management teams on pre-sales processes such as reconciling sales orders in our CRM, expediting orders, maintaining customer records, processing change requests, compiling sales reports, and interfacing with vendors to assist with customer needs.

Our ideal candidate thrives on performing diverse yet crucial administrative duties, including highly repetitious tasks like lead entry, CRM database clean up, data reconciliation, filling out forms, digital filing, sending reports, as well as working with other required documentation and projects. WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS SALES OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR ROLE?

  • You possess strong computer skills utilizing MS Office (including Excel)
  • You possess the ability to completely understand all of our products and articulate where and how they resonate in different industries and verticals
  • You are an accurate typist and enjoy data entry and at times, repetitious administrative work

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the new hire pay range for this role is between $19.00 and $22.00 per hour. Your base pay will be based on many factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that we expect to hire for this position up to mid-range (dependent on experience/location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career.
