Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
A school in the Colton, Californiaarea is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist who is interested in working for the upcoming school year. The SLP would be working with an Elementarycaseloadto evaluate, diagnose anddevelop treatment plansfor those with speech disorders. The school needs full time candidates but will also be open to part time candidates who are proficient with AAC devices to provide assessments and programing only.
The director is ready toconduct interviews for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and treating communication disorders
- Creating treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.
- Performing screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
- Educating patients and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events.
- Keeping detailed records relating to patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.

Experience:
- Previous experience in the SLP setting
- Previous experience in School setting preferred
Education:
- Must havea masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Fully accredited (CCC) preferred
- Must be in at least Clinical Fellowship Year
