What You'll Do

  • Support marketing team members
  • Collaborate with teams and members within same marketing department to improve and unify marketing processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with teams and members in other marketing departments on special projects
  • Promote branding best practices
  • Maintaining, writing, creating, and organizing marketing materials including project sheets, resumes, project lists, and related collateral
  • Support project team throughout the proposal process including research and development, production, and delivery
  • Complete and update prequalification documents, vendor forms, and safety information requests
  • Assist with identifying, tracking, and coordinating conferences, event planning, industry, and award opportunities
  • Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategy, deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email, or direct mail
  • Conduct market research to keep up with changing demographic and other relevant issues to assist with evaluating marketing and communication activities
  • Assist with maintaining and updating database
  • Additional research, administrative tasks, and or special projects as needed

What We're Looking For

  • High School diploma or GED required; BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred
  • 1 year of sales or marketing experience preferred, experience in marketing or design in the fields of architecture, engineering, and/or construction would be a plus
