Cost Accounting Analyst
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review inventory cost data for accuracy
- Variance Analysis
- Profitability analysis and reporting
- Support manufacturing engineering process improvement initiatives
- Monthly & quarterly metric reporting
- update of standard costs
- participate in annual review of overhead cost allocation model
- support customer quoting by providing cost data
Acquired Expertise
- Gain an extensive knowledge and understanding of parts manufactured by Okay Industries
- Proficient in Plex
Qualifications
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in use of an ERP system
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Problem solver - analytical skills
- Professional attitude and a team player
- Customer service driven
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Minimum 2 year work experience in accounting including internships
- Experience in manufacturing required
