Travel Inpatient Staff Pharmacist - Critical Access Hospital
Location: Washington (Travel Contract - 13 Weeks)
Soliant Health is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Inpatient Staff Pharmacist to join a critical access hospital in Washington for a 13-week travel contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist looking to explore new horizons while contributing to a vital healthcare facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmaceutical care services to inpatients under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy.
- Review medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness, ensuring pliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- pound and dispense medications according to established protocols.
- Monitor patient profiles and medication therapies for adverse reactions, drug interactions, and therapeutic duplications.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outes.
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and regulatory pliance activities.
Qualifications:
- Active Washington Pharmacist License is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of pharmacy operations.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to adapt to new environments and workflows.
