Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

Are you an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) seeking a fulfilling opportunity in a school district? Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in the Oakland, CA areato find an OT for the current school year. This is a full-time, onsiteposition, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students' needs through evaluations and observations to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a prehensive and integrated approach to student care
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate and involve parents in the therapy process to support carryover of skills at home

Qualifications:

  • Valid California OTlicensure
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to adapt and customize therapy techniques based on individual student needs
