Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel contract in West Lafayette, IN!! This assignment is for 13 weeks and ideal candidates will have at least one year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.

Physical Therapist (PT) Position Details:
 • Contract Length: 13 Weeks
 • Location: West Lafayette, IN
 • Facility Type: Rehab
 • Shift & Schedule: Full Time, 8-Hour Days

Pay Details:
 • Hourly Pay Up to: $49 per Hour

Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements:
 • Must have 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience
 • Active IN Physical Therapy Certification/License required

 • Current BLS Certification required¬¬
