Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing work assignments for maintenance team members
-Supervises all aspects of the maintenance operations
- Assists in performing and/or supervising housekeeping operations in addition to maintenance responsibilities as assigned.
- Two (2) years job related experience preferred
- Supervisory / management experience preferred which may include supervising and responsibility of shift/daily operations
- High School diploma / GED accepted
- Technical school education preferred
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and code compliance
- Possess an understanding of all fire & life safety regulations, fire prevention and OSHA regulations
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications.
