Need a babysitter that is very flexible with hours being a little bit random

I have two sons Ransome (4) and Ryder (2). I’m a salesman and my wife is a manager at McDonald’s Be able to watch both boys, feed them and change their dirty diapers as often as necessary. Also feed them at their given times and have great communication with us parents Be available to watch the boys at short notices. I do sales so my work hours are random. During weekdays it will usually be 1-3 shifts ranging from 3 pm to 9pm or a little longer but not usually. Also both days during weekends. Those hours can range anywhere from 10 am to 4 pm
