Office Administration Manager

We are seeking an Office Administrator/Manager to join our team! Experience working in a dental office preferred, but not necessary. We are looking for someone with a knowledge of general office operations, instituting efficient systems, and improving the overall work flow in our busy dental practice.  Someone who is passionate about empowering our team, and staying long-term is our ideal candidate!  

Responsibilities to include:

• Implement strategies to improve office operations
• Plan and schedule appointments
• Organize meetings
• Implement advertising and social media campaigns as necessary
• Team building
• Monitors and supervises staff and supports them as necessary by coaching, training, and planning
• Monitoring work-flow

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office management or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to problem solve, and implement solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
