We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our law firm. We are a boutique immigration law practice focusing on family visas, U visas, asylum applications, deportation cases, and appeals. You will prepare applications for filing with government agencies and courts, communicate with clients, research, and write legal briefs.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients before government agencies
- Prepare applications on behalf of clients
- Prepare legal briefs for filing with government agencies and courts
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
- Interest in immigration in law
- Strong work ethic
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Bar Admission
