Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, and cuticle care.

• Provide specialized nail treatments for clients with specific foot conditions or concerns under the guidance of the podiatrist.

• Offer expert advice and recommendations to clients on nail health and maintenance practices.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict sanitation and sterilization protocols.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the podiatrist and other team members to provide comprehensive foot care solutions.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in nail care to enhance service offerings.

• Actively promote nail care services to existing and potential clients through various marketing channels.

• Utilize social media platforms and other marketing tools to build a loyal following and attract new clients.

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician, high end hotel or spa preferred.

• Valid Nail Technician license/certification in the state of California.

• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and treatments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
