Leasing Consultant - Bilingual (Spanish/English) - (Full-Time Job)

Hello! We have a wonderful client in Gaithersburg, MD seeking a temp-to-hire Spanish & English-speaking Leasing Consultant to join their team. They have called upon our company to provide out staffing expertise to find them a great match for the opportunity. We're seeking motivated, friendly and experienced leasing professionals who match the skillset requested to apply and get started!

SCHEDULE: 
The schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday weekly.
Pay is competitive and the staff/team is happy to help you get acclimated
Pay day is Thursday each week

Qualifications:

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to new and existing residents
• Multi-family leasing experience is a must
• Ability to speak both Spanish and English fluently
• Fair Housing expertise - "What you do for one, you must do for all!"
• Outgoing and friendly personality; must be a "people person"
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience touring, using software to contact leads, schedule tours, complete guest cards and keep up on specials
