Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual Office Assistant (Spanish and English)to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Record inbound calls submitted by our call center into the office system.
  • Research, coordinate, and respond to client calls promptly.
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish & English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
