Position: Construction Equipment/Supplies Coordinator

Report to: Central Ohio Area Manager

Job Description Summary:

This position is responsible for scheduling construction equipment moves, tracking supplies and maintaining records to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Responsibilities:

• Organize all construction equipment moves with the construction management team
• Pull permits for overweight & oversized loads
• Responsible for tracking all construction assets (heavy equipment) distributed to job sites
• Scheduling Central Ohio lowboys & parts runners to facilitate ongoing needs
• Track distribution of jobsite supplies through the inventory control system
• Order all small tools, safety supplies for Central Ohio, to maintain inventory levels
• Scheduling facility maintenance work, when necessary
• All other duties as assigned to promote teamwork

Qualifications:

• Must possess strong communication skills
• Must be well organized
• Must be able to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• A good knowledge of the Central Ohio area is a plus
• Background in the Civil Construction field is a plus
• A clean driving record is a plus
