Job Description

The Operations Team Manager – Case Management will be responsible for leading and supervising, rewarding, and managing performance of company's teams comprised of 15+ employees. This position will support the Operations Director in communicating company goals and delineating plans to achieve them. The Team Manager will directly interact with customers, as needed, to understand and serve their needs.

He/she will use CPR+, Microsoft Office platform and other resources, as necessary, to resolve team’s needs as well as customer needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Understanding, prioritizing, and distributing daily workload
  • Setting, monitoring, and reporting team goals and KPIs
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and personnel directly supervision
  • Discovering training needs, designing training programs, and providing coaching to all department employees
  • Listening to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflict.
  • Lead key projects as needed.
  • Ability to lead, teamwork mindset, communication skills, collaboration, perform & monitor the quality of work.
  • Be service oriented, patients first

Minimum Requirements:

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Ideal candidate must be Pharmacy Technician with all the licenses available.
  • CPR+ Pharmacy Platform knowledge is desired.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in Specialty Pharmacy

Candidate Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year working in a specialty pharmacy
  • Supervision experience preffered

Candidate Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Internet experience.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively (read, speak, and write) in English and Spanish.
  • Attention to detail; organizational skills; interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of CPR+ (preferred)

Languages:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively (read, speak, and write) in English and Spanish.
