- Handle basic fleet repairs, inspections, oil changes & other general auto maintenance as needed.
- Lift maintenance and repairs on buses - insuring tie downs are secure.
- Purchase bulk supplies through suppliers and follow up with company purchaser.
- Basic painting, hole and crack patching
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary
- Replacing light bulbs and other fixtures
- Maintaining the cleanliness of work areas
- Performing regular maintenance checks on systems, performing repairs and replacements as needed
- Dusting, mopping, carpentry, repair work, woodwork, yard upkeep, and building maintenance, among other things.
