Wellness Supervisor

Vitality Living is searching for a compassionate wellness leader to join the team. As a Vitality Living Wellness Supervisor, you will work hand-in-hand with the Wellness Director to carry out department functions. Monitoring medication administration, supervising Charge Nurses, and assisting with scheduling are just some of your responsibilities.

Other Responsibilities Include:

• Covers open Charge Nurse shifts as needed.
• Provides training and orientation to new team members and ongoing training and in-services to current team members.
• Promotes positive employee relations among department team members and leads
employee engagement and recognition initiatives in order to drive retention.
• Demonstrates flexibility by being open to changes and demonstrating a positive
attitude.
• Performs assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and
recommending appropriate service plan updates as needed.
• Ensures resident and family satisfaction, researches any service complaints, and resolves
in a timely manner with follow up to the resident or family.
• Champions continual improvement for ways to improve and promote quality and
monitors the department for any unsafe issues; immediately report any concerning
quality issues to the Resident Services Director or Executive Director
