Occupational Therapist

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team!

Job Description:

• Full-time or part-time OT to work in clinic, our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 pm.
• We are open to recent graduates who are passionate about working with children and families.
• On the job training provided, collaborative group setting with over 75 years combined experience in OT. We offer EEG neurofeedback as a treatment modality, and recently acquired Interactive Metronome to enhance our services.
• Salary: $40 to $55 an hour, depending on experience and other factors 

Job Duties:

• Helping children and adult patients to take part in everyday activities based on their unique circumstances
• Assessing the patient’s physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan 
• Developing home programs and providing education to caregivers 
• Reviewing progress towards goals and updating treatment plans
• Working with community agencies to enhance outcomes for patients and their families
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation within EHR software

Requirements:

• Arizona OT License
• Ability to obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

Preferred:

• Pediatric OT experience
