Registered Psychology Associate
Full-time or Part-time hours & schedules available

Provide individual and group therapy for patients of all ages in a hospital environment. Work under the supervision of a Clinical Psychologist trained to provide assessment and behavior planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of patients for individual therapy
• Provide group therapy as part of an inpatient therapeutic services programming
• Develop treatment plans as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Maintain communication with families and treatment team for quality patient care
• Develop behavior plans and train employees on implementation
• Assist as needed in crisis situations when available
• Completion of therapy notes on same day of service
• Attend monthly meetings, treatment team meetings and other required meetings.
• Maintain accurate record keeping in accordance with Brook Lane policy and regulatory requirements
• Assist with coverage needs in Partial Hospitalization Program or Residential Programs

Qualifications:

• Maryland Board of Examiners of Psychologists approved as “Registered Psychology Associate” required
• Intermediate technology skills required including experience using an electronic medical record.
• Maintain CEU’s for licensure
