Dietary Aides

Join our friendly staff at our 5-star rated, award-winning campus at Newton Village as a Full-Time Dietary Aide. We offer guaranteed hours with the possibility of picking up shifts!

No senior care experience necessary! We welcome candidates from all industries, including restaurant workers recently displaced from their current job and anyone with a passion for providing great customer service. 

In this position, you will be able to gain valuable knowledge and experience. Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by the staff and residents alike. 

There are Full-Time positions available working varied schedules including every other weekend.

Hours: 
6:00 am to 2:30 pm
8:00 am to 4:30 pm
10:30 am to 7:00 pm

What does a Dietary Aide do?

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What does a Dietary Aide require?

• Prior restaurant or healthcare experience preferred, but not required. We'll train you!
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Selected candidates will be required to pass a background check.
