Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in all phases of project development, from programming and conceptual design to construction administration.
- Prepare detailed project construction documents.
- Efficiently communicate and coordinate with consultants, contractors, owners, and team members.
- Ensure code compliance and document code review processes.
- Review shop drawings, project submittals, and other documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Architect.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in K-12 design.
- High energy, confident, and goal-oriented individual.
- A strong passion for creative design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members both inside and outside the office.
- Proficiency in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup.
- A keen desire to continue professional development, contributing to both career growth and the advancement of the firm.
