Milford Chrysler Sales is seeking a motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences and provide them with information about available vehicles, financing options, and warranties. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives for potential customers
• Explain vehicle features, options, warranties, and financing options to customers
• Negotiate sales contracts and follow up with customers after the sale
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Attend sales training and meetings to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase dealership visibility
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking and merchandising vehicles on the lot
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
