We count on our behavioral health technicians to provide unique, one-on-one support to our residents through companionship and therapeutic techniques.

As a behavioral health technician, you will:

• Utilize therapeutic, non-pharmacological interventions to help manage resident behaviors,
• perform / provide daily check-ins, music and sensory visits, one-on-one activities, exercise, and companionship,
• assist with independent and small group activities
• help in the completion of resident assessments
• promote independent and small group activities
• participate in monthly quality assurance meetings
• accompany residents to in-person appointments as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility
• ability to play musical instrument
