Position Overview:

As a Cultivation Team Member, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our cultivation facility. You will work closely with our experienced cultivation team to assist in various tasks related to the growth, care, and harvesting of cannabis plants. Preference will be given to individuals with a willingness to work weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant Care: Assist in the maintenance of cannabis plants throughout their growth cycle, including watering, feeding, pruning, and trellising.
• Propagation: Support the propagation process by preparing growing mediums, transplanting, and ensuring proper environmental conditions for early growth stages.
• Harvesting: Participate in the harvesting process to prepare plants for drying and curing.
• Facility Maintenance: Help maintain cleanliness and organization within the cultivation facility, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, workspaces, and cultivation areas.
• Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies regarding cannabis cultivation, including but not limited to tracking and documentation of plant inventory and waste disposal.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the cultivation team to accomplish daily tasks efficiently and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of cannabis cultivation practices and familiarity with cannabis strains is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
