We are seeking a Manager, OhioRISE Care Coordination!!
Guernsey, Noble, Washington, and Morgan Counties

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Responsible for meeting the goals, objectives, and outcomes outlined by the OhioRISE Care Management Entity specialized managed care plan. Leads the region’s team to cultivate a solution focused strengths-based environment to honor family voice and choice. Develops and grows relationships internally, with community partners, stakeholders, the Ohio Department of Medicaid, and the OhioRISE Managed Care Organization administrators.

The salary range for this position is $75,505.20 through $90,724.00.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensures all care coordination activities and operations are delivered with youth and family voice at the center of design and implementation.
  • Provides direct oversite that supports successful monitoring and audits for care coordination activities and Hi-Fidelity Wraparound.
  • Utilizes strengths-based coaching in the development and growth of Care Coordination Supervisors.
  • Provides guidance, support, and direction to the supervising team in their oversight of the care coordinators to include the OhioRISE Program standards and ISBH policies and procedures.
  • Develops and maintains working relationships internally, with partner agencies, and community stakeholders in the region.
  • Performs administrative duties in support of care coordination service delivery.
  • Monitors service delivery for desired quality and programmatic outcomes along with other targeted benchmarks that also includes making recommendations for changes within a quality improvement framework.
  • Responsible for review and working within the annual approved program budget
  • Manages and monitors capacity, growth, the development of care coordination services, and ISBH mission and values within the region.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or a Master's degree in education, counseling, psychology, public health, education, social work, or related fields are required.
  • LSW/LPC required, LISW/LPCC preferred.
  • Four plus years of experience providing case management/care coordination services strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in the behavioral health field and/or working with multi-system youth and families required.
  • Working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations for services for behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and autism preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
  • Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace required.
  • Experience with compliance and quality initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines within fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Willingness to be part of a team and work cooperatively with all ISBH staff.
