Title of Position: Catering Sales Associate
Attention all qualified Sales Managers! Are you looking for your next challenge? Look no further! Our award-winning BBQ eatery and catering company is seeking a Catering Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for 80% sales and 20% office administration. You will be the primary point of contact for customers with inbound inquiries about catering, orders, and deliveries and will support the Director of Catering and the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities
Process orders and inquiries via email, phone or social media
New and Continuing Permitting
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Contact clients to obtain missing information
Liaise with the Catering Department to ensure timely events
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Develop monthly sales reports
Payment Services
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
Off Season Outbound Sales (December-February)
Requirements/Skills
Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a Sales support role
Hands on experience with CRM software and Google Drive - Copper is preferred
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Degree in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus but not required
Compensation
Starting Salary Range: $60,000- $70,000 *varies based on experience
KPI Based Bonus Structure
