Job Description

The Manager of Digital Fundraising works to design and execute digital fundraising campaigns across omnichannel digital platforms, including email, organic social, paid media, and website. Supports achieving direct response over annual revenue and performance goals. Supports agency relationships to deliver and deploy digital campaigns. Manages and expands existing CRM utility to expand engagement and funds raised.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Fundraising Development: Develop and implement monthly omnichannel fundraising communications and campaigns, including email, website, paid and organic social media, and digital display.
  • Fundraising Leadership: Identify and implement new digital media strategies based on internal agency data and best practices in digital communications.
  • Agency Management: Support the management of agency relationships to develop cohesive content plans and delivery and deployment of campaign assets.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the digital fundraising budget.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Use tracking and reporting tools across digital platforms such as Google Analytics, Agorapulse Analytics, and META Analytics. Develop measures and reports to demonstrate fundraising and engagement accomplishments and track overall increases in revenue and attainment of key benchmark metrics.
  • Digital Fundraising Analysis Identify trends and insights and optimize fundraising spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Constituent Relationship Management: Expands CRM tools and utility to enhance messaging to the subscriber base.

Key deliverables include:

  • Develop and execute all email fundraising and engagement content for affiliates.
  • Develop and manage all digital (e.g., YT, META, P2P) engagement and fundraising content for affiliates.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in online/digital marketing in omnichannel applications.
  • 3+ years experience in the use of Customer Management Platforms for execution, tracking and measurement.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital communications, interactive media and customer insight analysis and trends.
  • Fluency in both PC and Mac platforms is required.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools, best practices, quality indicators, and project needs of online fundraising.
  • Ability to manage digital fundraising production schedule in coordination with program and development staff.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and use interpretations in the development of campaigns.
  • Self-motivation and show initiative.
  • Must be able to work onsite at our corporate headquarters in Alexandria, VA.
