Job Description
Experienced HVAC Service Tech
Wise Heating & Cooling has over 30 years' experience in all phases of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. We have serviced and installed heating and cooling systems in Galena, Sunbury, Centerburg, Delaware, New Albany, Westerville, Worthington, Powell, Lewis Center, and Columbus, Ohio! Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Drives lead generation and sales. Provides positive customer interaction. Will assist with new construction installs during the slower seasons.
Pay scale: $20.00-$28.00 plus sales commission and spiffs!
Schedule: 7:30am - 4pm, Monday through Friday; On-call every other weekend and over time required during peak season (May through August)

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC Service Technician experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- EPA certified; trade school experience preferred
- Professional appearance and hygiene
- Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance
- Able to work on a 28 foot extension ladder and 12 foot step ladder
- Demonstrates advanced customer service and ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Experienced in basic sheet metal practices
- Complies with OSHA safety standards
- Willing to climb ladders
- Ability to pass drug test and background screen
