Position: On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) - 7 Days On, 7 Days Off

As an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) with Elite Home Health, you will be an integral part of our commitment to delivering exceptional care to our patients. Your role will involve assessing and reassessing patients' needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting their quality of life and independence. Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine home health needs.

- Collaborating with attending physicians, caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

- Providing continuity of patient care and actively participating in team conferences.

- Ensuring patient and caregiver education to support self-management and promote wellness.

- Demonstrating compassion, respect, and empathy towards patients and their loved ones.

**Qualifications:**

- Current and unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse.

- Minimum one year of experience as an RN.

- Current CPR certification.

- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and agency-required liability insurance for home visits.

- Ability to pass a background check.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to make independent decisions with good judgment and collaborate effectively as a team player.

Work Schedule:

This position offers a flexible full-time schedule with a 7 days on, 7 days off rotation.
