Server

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Restaurant Server to join our team!

Early mornings are required (6:30 AM) & weekend availability is expected. The Original Pancake House is open 7 days/week from 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, closed on Thanksgiving & Christmas Day. We offer company health insurance for Full Time team members and paid sick leave.

You will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our guests during their visit with us by serving the tables in your section, taking dine-in and to-go orders, delivering beverages in a timely fashion, managing your running side work, and resolving guest issues.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and loves to share that passion by going above and beyond for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver beverages whenever needed to both your tables and your teammates
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section
• Running food whenever needed to both your tables and your teammates
• Collect guest payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server
• Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as seasonal specials
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to guest needs
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently
