GENERAL MANAGER

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our car wash facility, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional service delivery, and profitability. You will lead a team of dedicated staff, manage inventory, upload quality standards, and foster a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A GENERAL MANAGER

• 2+ years of management experience (i.e., car wash, retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management)
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications
• Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods
• Able to operate POS and other typical office machines

Experience in a leadership role at a car wash is highly preferred. We seek someone who can prioritize and multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment. You should also be an excellent communicator, organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic, and a team player.

WORK SCHEDULE

We're open 7 days a week. 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
