Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, respecting their privacy and dignity at all times.
• Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and positioning, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed and assist with medication management as needed.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversations, promoting socialization and cognitive stimulation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively and interact respectfully with clients and their families
• Prior experience in caregiving, healthcare, or related fields is preferred but not required
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required by state regulations
